Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar Yoga is a disciplined form of yoga that emphasizes precision, alignment, and posture.
It uses props like belts, blocks, and chairs to make asanas accessible for all body types and abilities.
The practice builds strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating deep awareness of body and mind.

Panna Mistry
Ms. Panna Mistry has studied Iyengar Yoga since 1992, learning under senior teachers in Mumbai and later directly from Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar, Dr. Geeta S. Iyengar, and now Shri Prashant S. Iyengar. Teaching since 1999, she has assisted in therapy classes of Light on Yoga Research Trust for over 20 years and has experience teaching children. She currently conducts classes at Matunga Gymkhana and privately in Ghatkopar.
