The Wellness Champions Program at IIT Bombay nurtures select students through immersive practices, mentorship, and small-group coaching in well-being and mindfulness.
It empowers them to build inner strength, emotional balance, and inspire healthier, more mindful lifestyles across campus.

Flourishing Hub is launching Student Retreats in collaboration with Manashakti’s Mind Gym, Lonavala. These retreats are designed to help students pause, recharge, and build the skills they need to thrive in academics and life.
