

About Us

The Flourishing Hub, launched in March 2025, is an initiative of IIT Bombay in collaboration with IITB Alumni. The hub focuses on building psychological strength, mental resilience, and personal growth among students, helping them navigate academic and personal challenges with confidence.
Through workshops and interactive sessions, the Flourishing Hub integrates insights from positive psychology, behavioral sciences, and life skills to empower students with a well-rounded, future-ready mindset—enabling them to thrive, not just survive, in their academic and professional journeys.

Courses
The Flourishing Hub offers four experiential courses focused on wellbeing, mentorship, and leadership. These include the Wellness Course for first-year students, the Mentorship Eligibility and Training Courses for peer mentors, and the Flourishing Leadership Course to develop emotionally intelligent and purpose-driven leaders.
