Psychological First Aid
The Psychological First Aid Workshop, organized by Flourishing Hub IIT Bombay, offers an introduction to essential skills for addressing emotional crises in academic life. This session is designed to empower participants with contemporary strategies for suicide prevention, practical intervention tools, and techniques to manage emotional distress. With a focus on theory-backed approaches and peer-supported practices, attendees will gain actionable insights that are directly relevant to the pressures faced in a high-achieving IIT environment.
