Alumni Connect Program
The Flourishing Hub at IIT Bombay aims to help students not only succeed academically but also build fulfilling, and well-rounded lives. As a part of this initiative, the Alumni Connect Program offers a unique opportunity to explore life beyond academics for the first-year undergraduates through the Discover Your Future (DYF) initiative, supported by alumni from the 1997, 1998, and 1999 batches.
By joining Discover Your Future, you engage directly with alumni who have walked the same corridors, faced similar doubts, and discovered their own unique paths.
Connect with Alumni for the Roadmap!
In Discover Your Future (DYF), small groups of students meet online with IITB alumni mentors from diverse fields- academia, research, start-ups, civil services, finance, consultancy, engineering, and more. These conversations provide safe spaces to discuss real experiences navigating uncertainty, finding purpose, balancing personal and professional growth, and learning what truly matters in life after IIT.

Each group includes one mentor and five students, fostering open dialogue and personal connection. The tone is informal, reflective, and deeply human, designed to help participants gain clarity, confidence, and direction.
